Dana is the owner of Global Talent Development Center since 2005. In her 38 years of professional experience, she has been through the following roles: engineer, consultant, corporate leader, professor, trainer, facilitator, executive coach. In performing these roles, Dana lived in Hong Kong, Connecticut, Jakarta, Singapore, and Shanghai, and travelled extensively in Europe.

Dana is a certified master coach, NLP master practitioner, Shared Leadership Team Coach, and EQ trainer. Her coaching clients include senior executives from more than 26 countries. Dana is an executive coach for Executive MBA programs in China European International Business School (CEIBS).

Dana specializes in executive team development for higher performance in multi-cultural settings. From 2011 to present, Dana has worked with her clients to co-create various global leadership programs and leadership team development process. She has delivered these programs and conducted team coaching in Europe, USA, and Asia. Some of her training program topics include “Next Generation Global Leaders”, “Aligning Organization Purpose with Individual Passion”, “Leading Personal and Organizational Change”, “Leading by Coaching”, “Leading High Performing Teams across Boundaries”, “Leading Through Uncertainty in a VUCA World”, and “Managing Teams Under Pressure”.

Before 2005, Dana’s corporate career includes IT and HR. In these capacities, she led post M&A integrations in various parts of China involving 9,000 employees and she was named one of China’s top 50 CIOs by China National Informatization Evaluation Center (NiEC) for two consecutive years. She co-founded and managed a corporate university.

Dana also worked in Singapore and Indonesia for 8 years heading Corporate IT and HR. Dana’s early career includes 4 years as business process re-engineering consultant in USA and 3 years as a system engineer with IBM in Hong Kong.

Dana received her degree in Computer Engineering from Jinan University in Guangzhou, China; and MBA degree in International Business (IBEAR) from University of Southern California, USA. From 2008 to present, she learnt from the masters around the world in the following topics: Quantum Leadership, Neuro leadership coaching, Best leadership practices, Theory U master facilitation, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Healing Qigong certification, Chinese traditional philosophy, family/organization constellation, mindfulness practices, Success Factor Modeling, Share Leadership Team Coaching,  Daoism Medicine, Launching Tech Ventures and MIT xPRO’s ‘AI for Senior Executives’.

Dana is currently based in Shanghai.
