Dana Chan, Managing Director and Founder of Global Talent Development Center, has over 27 years of international management, human resources, information technology and consulting experiences in Hong Kong, Connecticut, Jakarta, Singapore and Shanghai. She is a certified master coach, certified NLP coach and certified EQ trainer working with clients in top management positions in MNCs from the US, Europe and Asia. In addition, Dana is a visiting professor for the Shanghai Jiaotong University and Kedge Executive MBA program. Dana is a coach for Executive MBAs in the China European International Business School (CEIBS). She also worked with MIT Sloan School of Management as facilitator in a tri-sector leadership program for Chinese leaders from government, state-owned industries and civil society.
Dana is certified for leading global talent assessment tools including Harrison Assessments, Emergenetics, DISC, Career Leader and Emotional Intelligence assessments. She incorporates assessment tools in her teaching, coaching and leadership development programs. In her executive coaching and training work from 2012 to 2014, Dana worked with over 800 leaders from a wide range of industries and functions. From her extensive work with a large pool of talents, Dana formulated her unique insights and practices helping leaders reach their own best potentials.
