She is a certified master coach, certified NLP coach and certified EQ trainer working with clients in top management positions in MNCs from the US, Europe and Asia. In addition, Dana is a visiting professor for the Shanghai Jiaotong University and Kedge Executive MBA program. Dana is a coach for Executive MBAs in the China European International Business School (CEIBS). She also worked with MIT Sloan School of Management as facilitator in a tri-sector leadership program for Chinese leaders from government, state-owned industries and civil society.

She incorporates assessment tools in her teaching, coaching and leadership development programs. In her executive coaching and training work from 2012 to 2014, Dana worked with over 800 leaders from a wide range of industries and functions.
